Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services practices in Ireland and the UK, has announced that the Dublin-based accountancy firm, Hayden Brown, is joining its Irish team.

Founded in 1897, Hayden Brown is a fourth-generation, family-owned practice and one of Dublin’s longest-established accountancy firms. It has built a strong reputation advising businesses, individuals, charities and professional organisations, with clients in areas such as retail, renewable energy, professional services and the entertainment sector.

Hayden Brown is known for its highly personalised approach, making it a trusted advisor to generations of Dublin businesses and families through their expertise across audit, accounting, and tax services.

The move strengthens Xeinadin’s presence in the capital and significantly expands its city-centre operations in Dublin, with the addition of the Hayden Brown office based on Grafton Street.

Sandra Clarke, Managing Partner of Xeinadin Ireland, said:

“Hayden Brown joining our team represents an important addition to Xeinadin, expanding our city-centre presence in Dublin. The firm is well respected within the local business community, with a strong track record of client service and long-standing relationships across a range of sectors.

The team’s experience will strengthen our audit and tax offering, expand the support available to our clients and give their existing client base more services to grow at scale. The addition of Hayden Brown is a positive step for us not just in the capital but nationally and we are delighted to have them on board.”

Stephen Brown, Partner at Hayden Brown, added:

“Xeinadin stood out because its values closely aligned with our own and its model allows firms to retain their local presence and client relationships. Through joining Xeinadin, our clients will benefit from access to a wider range of specialist expertise and international support, while our team gains the backing, resources and career opportunities that come with being part of a larger organisation. We believe this positions the firm strongly for the future and we look forward to being part of the Xeinadin team.”

In 2025, seven firms joined Xeinadin from across the country. Xeinadin is undertaking a further round of strategic investments in 2026, acquiring additional practices and further expanding its presence across Ireland.
