Xeinadin has announced the acquisition of North Yorkshire based accountancy firm, Kenneth Easby Limited.

Kenneth Easby Limited was founded in 1949 in Bedale, North Yorkshire, and provides a range of financial and business support services to owner-managed businesses, the agricultural sector and high-net-worth individuals. The firm has two offices in Bedale and Northallerton and has a reputation for high-quality tax advice. The firm is led by Ken Graham who will continue to manage the practice under the new Xeinadin ownership.

The acquisition is the third announcement of an acquisition made by the firm this year and highlights the sustained success in achieving the firm’s long-term growth strategy. In 2023, Xeinadin also acquired Clear Vision Financial Management and Poppleton and Appleby, expanding the firm’s national footprint as well as its expertise whilst maintaining its focus on being the most trusted advisor and supporting owner-managed businesses.

A fast-growing, acquisitive firm, it is one of the professional services market’s leading disrupters.
