Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services firm in the UK and Ireland, has announced that David Cadwallader & Co, a Bicester-based accountancy firm, has joined Xeinadin.

The move sees David Cadwallader & Co, which specialises in audit and owner-managed businesses, the not-for-profit sector and audit, join one of the UK and Ireland’s largest accountancy firms.

Xeinadin is a multi-disciplinary business advisory and accountancy firm with over 135 offices and 1,900 employees in the UK and Ireland.  This is the 18th announcement of expansion made by Xeinadin since Exponent’s investment two years ago, aimed to support the Xeinadin’s ambitious growth plans in becoming the most trusted advisor for founder-owned businesses.

Joining Xeinadin will bring significant additional resources to David Cadwallader & Co, including centralised back-office support and an increased service offering.

Derry Crowley, CEO, Xeinadin, said:Bringing David Cadwallader & Co into the fold is another great achievement in pushing forward with our ambitious growth plans. As a trusted partner offering a range of specialist services, David Cadwallader & Co is a perfect fit that echoes the values and ethos of Xeinadin. We look forward to working with David and the team.”

It will enable us to streamline our back office functions and expand the range of services that we are able to offer whilst ensuring that we do not lose our personal and local approach.”

Xeinadin’s footprint is spread over 135 locations across the UK and Ireland and provides over 40 service lines to over 70,000 clients, predominantly small and medium sized businesses and their owner-managers. A fast-growing, acquisitive firm, it is one of the professional services market’s leading businesses.
