Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services firms in the UK and Ireland, has acquired Bostockwhite, a specialist accounting firm based in Bingham, Nottingham.
Xeinadin is a firm of business advisory and accountancy practices in over 100 locations across the UK and Ireland that provides over 40 service lines to over 50,000 clients, predominantly small and medium-sized businesses and their owner-managers. It was formed through a merger of the offices in 2019 and is now structured into 14 regional hubs.
Bostockwhite, which provides accounts, taxation, business advisory and support services will join Xeinadin and continue to be led by Tony Bostock and Samantha White.
The acquisition brings additional strength to Xeinadin’s Audit and Corporate Finance capabilities.
Following a significant minority investment from private equity firm Exponent earlier this year, this acquisition marks another step in the growth of the firm as the second acquisition since the investment.
Xeinadin has more than 1,500 employees across the UK and Ireland, and is one of the professional services market’s leading disruptors and consolidators, with annual revenues of over £100 million in its latest financial year.
Derry Crowley, CEO, Xeinadin, said: “We are pleased to welcome Bostockwhite to Xeinadin. The firm is directly aligned with our vision and will provide even greater strength to our Midlands offering. We look forward to working alongside Tony and Samantha and the team. This is the second acquisition we’ve announced this month and since the investment from Exponent, highlighting the mission we are on for quality growth across the firm.”
Tony Bostock, Director, Bostockwhite, commented: “Xeinadin is an exciting and innovative firm in the UK and Ireland professional services landscape and one which we are excited to be joining. Being part of the firm will give our clients access to even greater resources and expertise, whilst enabling us to continue providing the local and personalised service which we pride ourselves on.”
