At Xeinadin we advise companies firstly on whether this is a good idea or not and if the answer is positive we then advise on the most appropriate scheme for that company. This could be the issue of ordinary shares to employees, growth or flowering share schemes, share options, phantom shares to name but a few. All such share schemes have their pros and cons and need to be evaluated before the correct one is chosen. Once an appropriate share scheme is agreed we then advise the company (and in some cases the employees) on the terms of these share issues.
