Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services groups in the UK and Ireland, has announced that accountancy firm Jones Harris Limited and sister company, The North West Business Support Centre (NWBSC), have joined the business.
Following Clay Shaw Thomas in July, it marks the 25th firm to join Xeinadin in the last two years, further cementing the firm’s commitment to being the most trusted advisor for business owners.
Established over fifty years ago, Jones Harris Limited prides itself on exemplary levels of client service, working closely with local businesses to understand their specific needs, tailor advice and help them grow. The firm has a wide remit specialising in areas from audit and accounts to corporate and personal taxation. Additionally, NWBSC provides professional payroll services across the North West of England.
Derry Crowley, CEO at Xeinadin added: “Serving local businesses and helping them to thrive, Jones Harris has been a stalwart in Fleetwood for over 50 years and is a perfect fit for the ethos instilled at Xeinadin. I’m looking forward to seeing Charles and the team continue to unlock growth for the SMEs they work with whilst simultaneously benefiting from the additional resources that being part of Xeinadin brings.”
Charles Bryning, Managing Director at Jones Harris commented, “The Xeinadin model is the best way forward for accountancy practices specialising in the SME sector. We are excited to join a firm of like minded accountants servicing small businesses and expanding the range of services we can offer clients.”
Ian Purdon, Managing Director at NWBSC added, “Payroll is a time-consuming and constantly evolving industry, and one that requires constant innovation if you are to stay in touch. Joining Xeinadin ensures we can continue to provide local, friendly services to our clients while being part of a large organisation that supports us in an ever-changing business environment.
The Jones Harris team, consisting of 31 qualified accountants, tax specialists and other professionals, will join Xeinadin under the continued leadership of Managing Director Charles Bryning. Likewise, NWBSC’s team of 5 payroll specialists will also join the business, led by Managing Director Ian Purdon.
